Francesco
Coach Francesco is dedicated to helping neurodivergent individuals gain confidence, build social skills, and advocate for themselves. With seven years of experience as a life coach, he believes no one should have to mask or struggle to fit into society. Instead, he empowers his clients to embrace their uniqueness, develop strong communication skills, and create lives filled with independence and self-expression.
Francesco is an IBCCES Certified Cognitive Coach (CCC), LivingWorks Start Suicide Prevention certified, and has completed Stanford University’s Health Across the Gender Spectrum course. He has also been a public speaker for Mental Health America and YouRock, where he advocates for creative individuals and explores the intersection of mental health, disability, and the arts.
Seeing a gap in community support for neurodivergent individuals—especially those with artistic passions—Francesco was inspired to make a difference. His coaching blends structure and creativity, helping clients build confidence, establish routines, and create sustainable daily habits. He understands that success isn’t about fitting into a mold but about finding the right tools to thrive on one’s own terms.
With a strong background in entertainment and the arts, Francesco has firsthand experience with how persistence, creativity, and structure can transform lives. He leads by example, balancing his work as a writer, director, and producer in theater and film with his full coaching schedule. By sharing his own strategies for maintaining motivation and discipline, he helps clients set and achieve their goals.
One of his proudest coaching experiences has been working with clients who initially had no clear direction, independence, or confidence in relationships. Within a year, many had found fulfilling jobs, built strong personal connections, and even gotten married. Seeing his clients gain autonomy and continue to thrive long after coaching ends is what drives his work.
When clients feel stuck or overwhelmed, Francesco encourages them to focus on organization and routine. He emphasizes that a structured, visible schedule—one that balances responsibilities with recreation—can provide a sense of control and reduce anxiety. His own ability to stay disciplined while pursuing creative passions serves as a model, helping clients develop structure and motivation in their own lives.
Outside of coaching, Francesco remains deeply involved in the entertainment and arts community, giving him a well-rounded perspective when working with diverse individuals. His artistic background enhances his coaching, while his coaching skills bring depth to his creative work. He believes that having personal passions and creative outlets is essential to a fulfilling life and encourages his clients to explore their own.
Above all, Francesco is committed to helping individuals recognize their potential, embrace their creativity, and build the confidence to lead meaningful lives. His coaching style is warm, supportive, and structured, ensuring that each client feels empowered to take charge of their future.
