Anne
Coach Anne is a compassionate and experienced life coach dedicated to helping neurodivergent individuals embrace their strengths, shift their mindset, and build fulfilling lives. She is a Certified Professional Life Coach through the World Coach Institute (an ICF-accredited program) and a Certified Cognitive Coach through the International Board of Credentialing & Continuing Education Standards. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Central Florida, Anne brings both expertise and a deep understanding to her coaching practice.
Anne’s coaching is neurodiversity-affirming and strengths-based, helping clients recognize their unique abilities while developing strategies to navigate challenges. She provides personalized progress notes after each session, giving clients clarity on their growth, action steps, and goals. She finds that the most successful clients are those who commit to the process, take action between sessions, and trust that progress happens one step at a time.
Anne began her coaching journey in 2017, originally supporting highly sensitive people and empaths who struggled with emotional overwhelm. Over time, she realized many of her clients were neurodivergent—Autistic, ADHD, and more—and she deeply resonated with their experiences. Through research and reflection, she discovered she is also autistic and neurodivergent, which has profoundly shaped her coaching approach.
One of Anne’s greatest strengths is helping clients challenge limiting beliefs that have held them back. Many neurodivergent individuals struggle with self-doubt due to living in a world that wasn’t built for their brains and nervous systems. She helps clients rewrite these narratives, shift toward self-acceptance, and recognize their unique strengths. When clients embrace this mindset, they often find their goals are more achievable than they once thought.
Anne takes a personalized and ever-evolving approach to coaching, recognizing that no two neurodivergent individuals or families are alike. She continuously learns and integrates new tools into her practice to provide the best support possible for each client and their support network.
Some of Anne’s proudest client successes include:
✅ Helping a client secure funding and services through their state’s developmental disabilities department by providing detailed progress notes and recommendations.
✅ Supporting a client in obtaining their first paid internship, marking a major step in their professional growth.
✅ Helping a transgender client gain the confidence to come out to their parents and feel supported in their identity.
Anne reminds her clients that even when they feel stuck or overwhelmed, their current reality does not have to be their future reality. With persistence, small steps, and the right support, change is possible. Slow and steady progress leads to lasting transformation.
Outside of coaching, Anne enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and beloved cats. She finds joy in music, dancing, nature, and lifelong learning—things that keep her feeling inspired and balanced.
