Jessica

Coach Jessica has spent the past 20 years helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and self-acceptance. With a holistic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach, she is passionate about guiding clients toward self-awareness, meaningful relationships, and a fulfilling life.

Jessica holds a Master’s in Psychology from Harvard University and is an Advanced Certified Autism Specialist through IBCCES. She is also certified in Circle of Security International, Healthy Families America coaching, Heart-Centered Facilitation, and Mobility Mentorship. With training across various modalities including executive function coaching, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, positive psychology, somatic experiencing, narrative therapy, and self-exploration, she brings a well-rounded approach to her work.

Her journey into autism coaching began through close friendships with autistic individuals and deepened as she worked to understand her own children’s neurodiversity. She became fascinated with how autism shapes identity, relationships, and daily life, leading her to specialize in helping neurodivergent individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive. Jessica believes that trauma and a loss of self often lie at the heart of personal struggles, and she is dedicated to helping her clients rediscover their inner strength and build a positive, empowered identity.

Jessica’s coaching focuses on healing relationships, strengthening executive functioning, and fostering self-acceptance. She has a unique ability to connect with clients through deep empathy and intuition, helping them uncover the root causes of limiting beliefs and guiding them toward recognizing their own strengths. She works with individuals to understand how autism and neurodivergence shape their experiences, find creative solutions to challenges, and step into a more confident and fulfilling future.

The most rewarding part of her work is the relationships she builds with clients and the transformations she witnesses. Whether it’s helping parents and children strengthen their connection, guiding someone from overwhelm to clarity, or celebrating a client’s newfound confidence, Jessica is continually inspired by the resilience and growth of those she supports.

Outside of coaching, Jessica is a worldschooling mom of three who loves traveling, meeting people from different cultures, and learning through real-world experiences. She believes life is a journey of exploration, healing, and connection—and she is honored to walk alongside her clients as they create lives filled with joy, purpose, and ease.
